What Managed IT Should Include At Each Price
Managed IT pricing is only useful when the scope is clear. This guide explains Kindura's remote-only Secure Device, Secure Support, and Secure Complete packages and what each one is designed to cover.
Quick answer
Kindura's approved packages are Secure Device from £19/user/month, Secure Support from £35/user/month, and Secure Complete from £55/user/month, with 1-10 user minimums of £190, £350, and £550/month respectively. All prices are ex VAT, remote-only, based on named users, and include one primary laptop or desktop per named user.
Key takeaways
- Compare named-user pricing, included devices, onboarding fees, add-ons, and exclusions together.
- Secure Device covers managed device visibility without bundled helpdesk; Secure Support adds fair-use remote IT support; Secure Complete adds Cyber Essentials readiness evidence.
- Kindura is remote-only by design, so onsite visits, hardware repair, cabling, and in-person assessment work are outside the core service.
Kindura package pricing
The core price is per named user per month. One primary laptop or desktop is included for each named user, and extra managed laptops or desktops are priced separately where needed.
| Package | Approved pricing | What it is for |
|---|---|---|

| Secure Support | From £35/user/month; £350/month minimum for 1-10 users | Secure Device plus fair-use remote IT support, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user support, joiner/leaver support, and support reporting |

What should improve as scope increases
Secure Device
The business moves from informal knowledge of laptops to a maintained device record with owner, status, patch position, endpoint protection status, encryption checks, and monthly device evidence.
Secure Support
The device baseline is joined by fair-use remote IT support during UK business hours, standard Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and practical joiner/leaver support for normal business churn.
Secure Complete
The support rhythm adds Cyber Essentials readiness tracking across firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection, and security update management.
Add-ons
Extra remote support, device setup, tenant hardening, backup monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and out-of-hours remote emergency support are priced separately when they sit outside the agreed package.
Pricing questions to ask
- Is the quote based on named users, and does it confirm the 1-10 user minimum if your team is small?
- Does each named user include one primary laptop or desktop?
- Are extra laptops or desktops priced separately at £8/device/month where needed?
- Are shared devices, mobile devices, servers, and network devices separate add-ons unless a proposal says otherwise?
- Which onboarding fee applies: Secure Device at £250 + £15/user, Secure Support at £350 + £20/user, or Secure Complete at £600 + £30/user?
- What is excluded from the remote-only monthly service?
- How are hardware, licensing, projects, major incidents, and out-of-hours work handled?
- What happens if the business grows, shrinks, or changes provider?
- Who owns documentation, admin accounts, and handover materials?
What not to assume
Kindura is remote-only by design. Onsite visits, cabling, office fit-outs, physical printer installation, hardware repair, device courier management, server room work, in-person Cyber Essentials Plus assessment activity, and deep forensic incident response are outside the core packages unless separately agreed.
Secure Support includes fair-use remote support, not open-ended cover or fixed public response commitments. Project work, complex migrations, specialist software support, major incidents, out-of-hours support, and work outside the agreed boundary are billed separately.
Secure Complete supports Cyber Essentials readiness. Certification fees, formal assessment, and Cyber Essentials Plus are separate unless explicitly included in a proposal.
Commercial note
All package prices are ex VAT and should be confirmed in a written proposal before work starts.
